Review by hotel critic
La Casona Real pleasantly surprised me with its quaint charm and impeccable service during my recent stay in Cusco. The central location, just a stone's throw away from Plaza de Armas, is ideal for those looking to immerse themselves in the heart of the city. Despite being situated on a lively street, the rooms are remarkably peaceful, offering a tranquil sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle outside. They were accommodating of my special requests, making me and my elderly father feel right at home. The cozy Peruvian villa ambiance added a unique touch to our stay, complemented by delicious breakfast options and inviting communal areas for relaxation. While some may mention noise from the street, I found it to be minimal and not disruptive to my stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a truly authentic Peruvian experience.
